Simple to book online and clear pricing for the service and brake fluid change I required. For an independent outfit that was impressiveMechanic was very helpful as I wanted a hard to pin down issue looked at while it was in. The issue was looked at swiftly, with a phone call identifying what they believed the issue was, and a cost to fix. Once agreed the job was completed within the day, and still less than I would have paid the dealer, and in a fraction of the time. Excellent work. (Hopefully the issue is fixed) So why not a 5 star? Well that would be for perfection, and that remains to be seen :) But for customer service and ease of use, cant fault them and would totally recommend
Used Europa for the first time today for MOT and full service after another local garage had failed to service the car properly over the last few years.Easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Replaced parts were kept and volunteered for inspection which was great.Will definitely use again.
By the looks of the below, people are always too quick to criticise a business. I've used Rob's garage previously and have never had anything but praise for him. Would definately recommend Europa
Regular customers, always took our cars here. This week when we really needed them to help with what would of taken 20 mins for them to sort we were met by a grumpy guy who said "No, next week" we were really desperate. So disappointed you couldn't help out your loyal customers for a quick small job. Took car else where and they were really helpful and friendly, job done in less than half an hour. Will not be returning to yourselves now. We always came to you, despite car often returned in a greasy oily mess inside. Not again!
