I put in a request early so I could get my tablets but the Surgery saying no and when did say yes it was to late to be collected as I have wait over the weekend with no tablets and I am ill and need my tablets to help me manage my pain what do I do as i can't buy my tablets over the counter as it is a control drug. LESS THAN 1 Star.If you DONT want Patient confidentiality. If you Don't want to be listened to.If you Want too be talked down too.If you want to be told your not effected with a Documentented issue.If you want others to care more about GOVERNMENT targets & make your life alot harder with wrong diagnosis that are easier for them than actually CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT. If you Don't want the Help & end up going to A&E just to get more help off Tescos pharmacy. If you want to see those who spend more time looking at a computer screen in 4 minutes than actually listening & giving you a bunch of USELESS pills to get you out of the door in 4 minutes. Then this is the PLACE to go. Especially asthey Will pass the buck & ship & threaten to palm you off to someone else if you even suggest they are lie'ing about being NON CAREING,NON PROFESSIONALS who have a meeting but talk down after not listening to brake Patient confidentiality without even knowing what there waffling about. Especially when it affects ones life worse than it needs to if they actually LISTEN but say its not there RESPONSIBILITY but the guy they had no need to waist there time with.Especially when they WAFFLE WE DONT PALM THERE PROBLEM ONTO OTHERS WHEN BEING TOLD THERE ACTIONS DONT MATCH THERE LIEING WAFFLE. They prove with ACTIONS they just palm you off to another doctor / practice instead of backing up there waffling to show they DONT CARE. ESPECIALLY AS SOMEONE ELSE Has to tell me iv been taken off there books & NO INFORMATION about where to go for help. CLEAR PROOF OF EVERYTHING IV SAID ABOUT OVER PAID ONLY GOVERNMENT STATS WORRYING PRACTICE. Best bit is there is "We listen & care signes" all over there wall. WELL if that's how they show they care by leaving a patent stranded after BADLY Diagnosing a patent who now is really up a creak without a boat to get about on from NON LISTENING CARE & BREACH OF PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY. Without 1st getting facts straight & listening. Proof they couldn't manage a Beer up in a brewery let alone patient CARE. Professionals. More like NHS SCAMMING TIME WASTEING IDIOTS. ESPECIALLY AS most of the time the pills that gave NEVER WORKED & TESCOS WAS MORE HELPFUL THAN THEM. & TO BE TOLD IM NOT DEAF WHEN ITS ON THE MEDICAL RECORDS. So I'm a good lip reader/ ACTUAL TRUE COMMUNICATION READER = ACTIONS / EFFORT & BODY LANGUAGE. Amazing what can be learnt when TRAINED as a child to 42 years of age. "Oh you should be wareing hearing aids" the NON COMMON SENSE IDIOT WAFFLES. Try reading my notes & see why I don't. Try thinking what a crash helmet does to hearing aids & constantly flowing ear wax but hay. THEY have paper work saying there IQ is high. ONLY CLEAR PROOF. HIGH IQ KILLS TRUE INTELLIGENCE = COMMON SENSE & THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX. AS THEY assume there clever & intelligent with paperwork. WRONG. Awful surgery. Awful Dr. Awful practice manager. This surgery seriously needs to be under CQC review. They breach NICE regularly. Have no idea about the rights of patients and just down right rude. Avoid if you value your health. UPDATE: And now given their response, Ill add in how terribly rude they are, oh and how they lie to make themselves look better and shout at patients. Such a weak response, but then again, when they are in the wrong, you can only expect a lied and weak response. Oh and all be warned. They have no idea about GDPR. Also interesting how they make no mention of breaching NICE - clearly because they know they do. You only have to read all the negative reviews on here to establish they are clearly lacking in all ways.
I called the surgery with an urgent problem and was very upset and worried. The receptionist was uncaring, rude and dismissive. I understand how busy doctors are and how difficult it must be to accommodate every patient, especially with urgent appointment requests. I called 111 to explain my problem and they said to go back to the surgery (which is next to my house) as they have a duty of care and that I couldn't leave my problem overnight or over the weekend as it could cause a severe issue. 111 contacted my surgery to ask them to see me as I cannot drive and cannot get to a hospital or walk in centre. I went back to the surgery and explained the above and the same receptionist was blunt and again dismissive. She said "there's nothing we can do." And I asked, "so what should I do now" (whilst in tears and quite frankly very worried.) Another receptionist came out who was understanding and sympathetic, so I thank her for at least trying to advise me. So now I'm stuck, still in a lot of pain, unable to get to hospital and completely worried and stressed.
