Moved to west end a year and a half ago and been looking for an amazing Chinese takeaway. Always went to St Monica takeaway but they dont deliver in my area. Ive always chose not this Chinese when having a takeaway. However they have become money grabbing and arrogant. Ordered via just eat 75 worth of food and they declined the order.We order weekly!!!!!! So called directly and they said they were too busy for such a big order. NOT MY PROBLEM! when I expressed my loyalty to them they phone down! I was not abusive. And I offered for them to get the order to me at their own time and not ASAP as requested. But nothing was negotiable. I have looked back on my bank statements and added up the within the last year I have spent over 1000 in this establishment. Nearly every Saturday ordering 50+.However ordered from Peony in West End and the service was impeccable. Cheaper and better quality. Yes chicken breast not chicken cubes!
